Who we are

Termark Technologies (“we”) is responsible for the personal data described here. The company is being registered in Estonia; its registry code and address will be added here once it is. Questions and requests go to info@termarktechnologies.com.

This website

termarktechnologies.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Cloudflare, which hosts it, handles connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not collect or keep it.

When you email us

We receive your address and whatever you write, through Google Workspace. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run that relationship, and keep it as long as that takes.

The monitoring service

solar.termarktechnologies.com is for our customers and the people they name.

• Your account holds your name, email address, username, role and when you last signed in. If you sign in with a password, only a hash of it is stored.
• If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture. We use your email address to find your account; nobody without an account gets in.
• A session cookie keeps you signed in. The service needs it to work, and it is used for nothing else.
• Alert emails go to the addresses our customers ask us to add.
• Technical logs, which can include IP addresses, help us keep the service secure and working. They are overwritten automatically after a short time.
• If we give you remote access to a park, we hold your name, which parks you may reach and the key your connection uses. Its technical records, such as your IP address, are handled like the logs above.
• Measurements from the parks' devices (production, device status, weather) describe equipment, not people. We process them for the park's owner or operator under our agreement with them, and keep them for up to three years.

Why we may do this

• To provide the service our customers have contracted: GDPR article 6(1)(b), and 6(1)(f) for the people our customers name.
• Our legitimate interest in replying to messages and keeping the service secure: article 6(1)(f).

Who else processes the data

We do not sell or share personal data. These providers process it for us:

• Amazon Web Services: our servers and alert emails, in Frankfurt.
• Cloudflare: hosting this website, and our DNS.
• Google: email, and signing in with Google.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU. They do so under the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Accounts until our customer asks us to remove them or our agreement ends; emails as long as they are needed; logs briefly; park measurements for up to three years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@termarktechnologies.com. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

If this policy changes, the new version will be here, with a new date.
